Overview

Seeking a Resource Analyst to support an IC program. This individual will assist with administrative and resource management tasks that allow the customer to establish and maintain interagency agreements that facilitate continuity and exercise program execution.

Candidates must already possess a current and active TS/SCI with Poly clearance to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

  • The RA will need to have advanced working knowledge, or the ability to quickly develop advanced working knowledge of Sponsor resource execution, business systems, tools, and methodologies, or the ability to quickly develop and working knowledge of Appropriations law, Sponsor regulations, policies, and unique authorities in order to be successful in this position.
  • The RA should have advanced Excel experience with ability to use pivot tables.
  • RA will monitor financial systems to ensure that sufficient funding has been placed or proper funding has been established. Systems include SLA Workflow, Sponsor Financial Systems, Reporting/COGNOS, Sponsor Budgeting System, and various other Sponsor tools.
  • It is highly desired that the RA have knowledge of management science, operations research or cost analysis methodologies, SLA Workflow, Sponsor Financial and Acquisition Management System and the reporting tool, Sponsor Financial Forms System, Procurement Request System.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Advanced Excel experience with ability to use pivot tables
  • SLA Workflow
  • Sponsor Financial Systems
  • Reporting/COGNOS
  • Sponsor Budgeting System and various other Sponsor tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations Research, Data analytics, Mathematics or related field.
  • 5 years of experience working in performance management, budget formulation, and execution processes for IC programs will be considered in lieu of a BS degree
  • Candidates must have experience applying analytic skills, diagnostic skills, and qualified techniques to the mission requirements
  • Candidates are required to have experience conducting independent analysis with minimal government supervision and presenting results to government management in either written and/or oral format
  • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong communication skills are necessary in order to establish relationships throughout the IC and support ad hoc responsibilities as needed
  • Strong organizational skills are necessary in order to manage supply requests
  • Ability to use the customer’s procurement system and document supply requests
