The Systems Integrator will provide integration support to the office in planning and coordinating multiple activities.

Candidates must already possess a current and active TS/SCI with FSP clearance to be considered for this position.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the ongoing high profile action tracking processes and complex integration support across the Sponsor.
  • Identify methods to improve the action process and work with Chief of Staff and Executive Assistants to clarify actions, ensure responses are timely, thorough and appropriately vetted prior to submission, according FO schedule requirements.
  • Facilitating review of highly technical information related to actions
  • Assisting with coordinating and facilitating weekly governance meetings on an ad hoc basis
  • Providing Sponsor Front Office Senior leadership Team {SLT) meeting support as needed and/or requested
  • Analyzing and recognizing problems/issues and offer options for resolution on technical actions involving Sponsor’s lines of business
  • Working seamlessly with contractors of other organizations as well as government employees at all levels.



  • Requires TS/SCI w/ poly
  • Expert level analytic and critical thinking skills
  • Expert level oral and written communication skills sufficient to compose and deliver responses from routine to highly complex inquiries
  • Senior level knowledge of high priority issues and items of interest to the Sponsor’s Front Office SLT
  • Expert level ability to manage difficult situations with diplomacy, patience and flexibility
  • Senior level experience with MS Outlook, Microsoft Office and working knowledge of other standard operating tools and applications
  • Ability to understand complex technical material and translate into non-technical terms.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills, demonstrated by developing working relationships and networks with division/component managers, staff, external resources and colleagues.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of customer service in anticipating and responding to the needs of the assigned senior executive manager and other Agency senior executives, managers and staff.
  • Foundational understanding of Sponsor’s information technology organization and function


  • Demonstrated knowledge of Agency and Intelligence Community regulations, policies, and unique authorities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of protocol, precedence, organizational rules.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance procedures to ensure data integrity and timeliness of the data.
  • Working knowledge of component operations sufficient to anticipate administrative support plans in coordination with component management and assigned executive suite.
  • Working Knowledge of the Corporate Action Tracker (CAT) tool
  • Demonstrated Tableau Experience
  • Demonstrated SharePoint experience
  • PMP Certification
