Overview

ASEC3 is seeking a strong Business Project Manager to assist the customer with adopting a product-centric organization shift and help track and support the various products within the organization.

Candidates must already possess a current and active TS/SCI with Poly clearance to be considered for this position.

Qualifications

The position requires a compliment of both technical (networks) knowledge, with strong business, strategy and process skills, as well as the ability to:

  • Advise on new techniques and estimated costs associated with new or revised programs and utilities – taking into consideration personnel, time, and hardware requirements and makes trade-off analysis.
  • Review documentation, describing system specifications and operating instructions, and revise existing processes and procedures to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, conversion, input/output requirements.
  • Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve workflow.
  • Determine computer software or hardware needed to setup or alter system.
  • Define the goals of the system and devise flow charts and diagrams describing logical operational steps of programs.
  • Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
  • Ensure that Contractor tasks are completed within the deadlines, tasking guidance from the sponsor is clear and unambiguous, contract personnel are qualified to perform the tasks, and potential personnel problems are pre-empted.
  • Establish and implement streamlined processes and procedures enabling the Contractors to rapidly respond to surge requirements for increased contract personnel.
  • Plan consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to access computing needs and system requirements.

  • Ability to prioritize daily, ad-hoc, and long-term responsibilities.
  • Ability to run meetings, including starting, clarifying action items, keeping on schedule, and facilitating productive conversations.
  • Expertise with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Proven ability to author reports and briefings from scratch and concisely and logically convey written information tailored to diverse audiences.
