Business Process Analyst

Candidate is needed to assist GIO customer with strategic financial planning activities, specifically focusing on IPBS, CBJ, and IPOM. Candidate should have strong comprehension of customer budget build process, and be able to confidently craft investment proposals to seek funding for the organization. Candidate will also be required to develop cost models to determine required funding levels for major initiatives.


We are in need of Business Analysts to help develop and incorporate new business strategies into the customers operations in order to improve financial performance.

Candidates must already possess a current and active TS/SCI with Poly clearance to be considered for this position


This position will be in support of the customers Working Capital Fund (WCF) operations for both the publications business
entity (BE) and the transportation BE. The right candidate will possess knowledge of, or aptitude to learn, WCF business strategy, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, process development, and project management.

As well as:

  • Develop and maintain financial models for each of the two BE’s
  • Advise on strategies and recommendations for topics such as Activity Based Cost (ABC) allocation, product
    mix, service pricing, customer demand forecasting, staffing needs, cost controls, capital planning, SLA
    management, and cash management
  • Develop strategies and advice to the BEs on presentation and communication of historical and prospective
    financial data to executive stakeholders
  • Advise on all aspects of BE financial performance to assist the Bes to maximize value of their services,
    anticipate and mitigate financial risk, and meet WCF financial commitments


  • A minimum of 10 years total progressive and relevant work experience in financial strategy, cost modeling, demand forecasting, and advisory support.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or business related field is required for this position.
  • Candidates must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communications skills.
